At Lyraine, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued in cases where the error is on our part — specifically for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund. To raise a claim, you must:

• Email us within 24 hours of delivery at houseoflyraine@gmail.com

• Attach clear photos of the product

• Attach a full unboxing video (mandatory — claims without this cannot be processed)

Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen display are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your claim is received and reviewed:

• You will be notified of the refund approval status

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases

• Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
