We try our best to show true colors, but minor variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund. To raise a claim, you must:

  • Attach clear photos of the product
  • Attach a full unboxing video (mandatory — claims without this cannot be processed)
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • An unboxing video must be provided
  • Please note: Certain items, including earrings, pierced jewelry, and customized pieces, are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Keep items separately to prevent scratching
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

Important: Claims cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
